Returns and refunds

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.

The articles devonot be returned intact and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Guarino Store does not accept any return of items that have been worn or show signs of use.

Please try the products on carefully so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

 The Customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must notify Guarino Store, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, by e-mail (info@guarinostore.it)

The Client must:

seal the package and deliver it to the courier.

It should be noted that the transport costs relating to the return of the product and / or products subject to withdrawal will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and that the return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is required to return the goods to Guarino Store Via Po n.96 00198 - Rome Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he received the goods.

If the Customer makes a return from a non-EU country, the same is required to pay the international shipping costs and customs taxes (DDP).

No changes are made, in that case just wait for the refund and make a new purchase.

In case of refusal of the return by Guarino Store due to the incorrect exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Guarino Store will send the relative communication by e-mail and will not proceed with the re-credit of the price, also reserving the right to request the compensation for any damage that is attributable to the conduct of the Customer.

In this case the goods will be returned to the original shipping address unless otherwise indicated in the Customer's declaration of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised Guarino Store will refund the customer the price paid during the purchase of the product.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer unless otherwise indicated by the same contained in the declaration of withdrawal.

Guarino Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or products.
